TSLA Mgmt indicated on the 4Q earnings call that FY’24 volume growth would be “notably lower” than FY’23 volume growth of +38%. What is notably lower? The Street forecasts TSLA FY’24 YoY volume growth of +16%. Worries are that 1Q could come in well below expectations (WS 475K) and FY’24 TSLA volume growth could be closer to +10% YoY rather than +16% YoY. This could lead to another round of TSLA FY’24 earnings reductions (FY’24 WS EPS already -45% over the past year).
