Sein Fraktionskollege Philip Zeschmann wurde konkret: „Man kann ja darüber lachen, dass eine Tankstelle im Partyzelt verheimlicht wurde. Aber 250 Liter, die in den Boden gelangt sind, verseuchen mittelfristig das Trinkwasser von 180.000 Menschen“, sagte er. Normalerweise dürfte beispielsweise beim Autowaschen „kein Öl in den Boden“ gelangen. „Scheinbar gilt das alles für Tesla nicht“, warf er vor. Menschen und Umwelt müssten besser geschützt werden. Er vermisse Konsequenzen der Landesregierung.

This is why I think Tesla will be finished in China by 2026. There's just going to be so many new/refreshed crossovers within the next year with better specs and lower prices than the Model Y.
The MY will get a refresh, but if that's like the S and 3, the impact will be minimal.
