B kauft bei 30€ und verkauft bei 29€. A kauft bei 29€ und verkauft bei 28€. Dann Handelsvolumen wird 3m Aktien aber die Shortquote ist nur 1m.

Diese Wohnung ist 3 Zimmer 96,8qm und kostet 626000€. Das bedeutet 6450€/qm. Es wird interessent die Zahlen zu sehen. Wenn es wirklich schaffte für 3600€/qm bauen das bedeutet 6450/3600=1,79. Fast 80% Marge.
