Gemäß Quartalsbericht vor einer Woche ist die Beauftragung des unabhängigen Experten immer noch ausstehend. "These milestones pave the way for the appointment of the Independent Expert...", der dann wiederum seine Arbeit machen muss und das IMC informieren muss. Dazu noch BFS update ausstehend und Term Sheet Finalisierung.

Der IMA tagt, bestellt den unabhängigen Gutachter, der dann den IMA "ultimately" informiert...richtig? Und für jeden Schritt soll ein einzelner Sitzungstermin erfolgen?
