Ja, schauen wir mal. MDAX Kursindex ist schon verdammt nah am 12-Monats-Tief, DAX hat noch 17 % bis zum Tief 09.22 als Panik war, die Industrie könnte wegen Gasmangel wochenlang abgeschaltet werden. Die Erzeugerpreise sind inzwischen bei -15%, Immobilienpreise sind zuletzt nicht mehr gefallen und wir werden vorerst weiterhin positive Inflationsdaten bekommen, während die Anleihezinsen in Italien in die Höhe schießen und Deutschland bereits in der Rezession ist, sodass das Higher for Longer wohl mehr Angst als Realität ist. Zumindest das QT Programm ist quasi schon zu Ende.

Der Deutsche Hypo Index als Stimmungsindikator für die Immobilienbranche fällt im Oktober gegenüber dem Vormonat weiter – sowohl das Investmentklima, als auch das Ertragsklima trüben sich ein: Das Investmentklima verliert in der mittlerweile 190. Monatsumfrage 4,9 Prozent und fällt auf 53,1 Punkte. Auch das Ertragsklima (Vermietung) lässt nach: um 5,4 Prozent auf 83,6 Punkte.

Die Preise von Baumaterial haben sich stabilisiert bzw. durch weniger Aufträge in der Branche kommt es eher zu Preisverfall alles spricht eher für Vonovia das negativste ist Geschichte wirtschaftlich gesehen
