Naja ist doch ganz einfach die meisten denken das der Verkauf für den Preis stattfindet, deswegen ist der Preis nach ob hin gedeckelt. Der Preis nach unten richtet sich nach der Wahrscheinlichkeit der Übernahme. Das Phänomen ist relativ normal am Aktienmarkt… und auf die paar Prozent verzichten die meisten da man aktuell wesentlich mehr Geld verdienen kann.

Also ich verstehe es so, daß man in jedem Fall mindestens diese 23 bekommt. Und im besten Fall mehr. Daher wundert mich, daß jeder Kurs unterhalb von 23 nicht sofort aufgekauft wird. Wie leicht soll man einem Geldverdienen noch machen??

“We believe the implied valuation of HOOD’s offer leaves significant room for a superior proposal and highlight that Robinhood’s proposed acquisition of WNDR and foray into the Canadian market may have peers (Canadian banks, other digital brokers) scrambling to play defence. As such, we maintain our BUY rating and$0.60 target on the underlying strength of WNDR’s fundamentals and its position of strength in the Canadian market.’
