hab ich grade gefunden Alpha Lithium Corp. vervollständigte das Spinout seines Green-Energy-Projektes als Beta Energy Corp. Beta Energy wird Aktien äquivalent zu 0,1 der ausgegeben und ausstehenden Aktien von Alpha ausgeben. Hierbei werden die existierenden Aktien von Alpha Lithium als "Klasse-A-Stammaktien" neu klassifiziert; eine neue Klasse von Stammaktien wird zudem erstellt; und die Aktionäre von Alpha Lithium werden 1 neue Alpha-Lithium-Aktien und 0,1 einer Beta-Energy-Aktie für jede Klasse-A-Aktie erhalten. Die alten Aktien von Alpha-Lithium werden im Rahmen der Transaktion denotiert.

Bei mir im depot sieht es genau so aus.

Alpha Lithium Corp. wird zu Alpha Lithium Corp.(New) ist wohl eine Aufspaltung da es zusätzlich für 10 Alpha 1 Beta Energy Corp. Registered Shares o.N. CA08660C1077 / A3CWHP / gibt beide Werte sind gesperrt Kurs Alpha aktuell 0,425 Kurs Beta 0,0 lieg ich da richtig ?

Ich habe aktuell noch die alte CA02075W1059 (A2PNLY) im Depot mit Kurswert 0,00. Noch keine CA02075X1033 (A3CUW1) Alpha NEW

Bei mir ist sie nach wie vor mit 0,47 € im Depot.

Auch hier in der APP bisher kein Wert. Aktuell also 100% Verlust bei mir....

Sind bei euch die Aktien von Alpha NEW auch noch 0,00€ Wert im Depot?

Danke für die Info. Hab gerade nachgeschaut. Mir wurde die Aktie CA02075W1059 ausgebucht und mit gleicher Stückzahl unter CA02075X1033 Alpha Lithium Corp. NEW eingebucht. Zusätzliche Aktie von BETA hab ich nicht.

Was soll es jetzt heissen

Alpha Lithium Produces Lithium Hydroxide and Lithium Carbonate from Tolillar Salar, Argentina June 29, 2021 VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 29, 2021 — Alpha Lithium Corporation (TSX.V: ALLI) (OTC: ALLIF) (Frankfurt: 2P62) (“Alpha” or the “Company”) an exploration and development company situated in the heart of South America’s “Lithium Triangle” is pleased to announce that after weeks of bench testing raw brine samples from its wholly-owned Tolillar Salar, Alpha’s efforts have yielded anticipated lab-scale quantities of Lithium Hydroxide and Lithium Carbonate. Samples of the Lithium Hydroxide and Lithium Carbonate have been sent from Beyond Lithium’s lab in Salta, Argentina to SGS Canada (“SGS”) in Ontario. SGS is recognized as the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. SGS will determine the purity of Lithium Hydroxide and Lithium Carbonate, as well as provide a complete breakdown of impurities present in the final products, if any. Brad Nichol, President and CEO commented, “We are elated to have actually produced both Lithium Hydroxide and Lithium Carbonate from the Tolillar Salar, less than 18 months after founding the Company.
