Erste Details sickern durch.... Raising $7.35m at 9.1c for WC, exploration, battery test work. So a pretty small raise. The smart part of the structure is that there is a 1 for 10 option to ALL shareholders at the record date of 24th Sep. That means if you sell your shares before then you don’t get the options or alternatively if you buy shares post the trading halt being lifted you will get the options - hopefully that helps the post market. Options have a 9.1c strike and super short expiry of 23/10/21. If you exercise your options you will receive another option with a strike of 20c. Expiry is around 2 years and the options will be listed. Very clever structure so well don’t to the bankers on this one. Lots of near term catalysts too. GLTAH

Nicht das ich wüsste. Es war zwar abzusehen dass eine Kapitalerhöhung in diesem Jahr erfolgen wird ...die Rahmenbedingungen können aber noch nicht öffentlich sein.

Kapitalerhöhung ist in der Regel keine schöne Angelegenheit. Wir müssen hoffen dass sich der Rabatt für die Investoren in Grenzen hält. Der Kurs passt sich mit ziemlicher Sicherheit an den Auagabekurs der neuen Aktien an. Deshalb lohnt sich bei einem CR oftmals ein Verkauf um dann wieder günstiger einzusteigen (so mach ich es zumindest in der Regel) 8c - 9c$ halte ich für realistisch

Die MK liegt aktuell bei 84mio AUD $ Ohne bindende Abnahmeverträge sollte such die MK ca. 20-30% des NPV annähern was ca 150-200mio AUD $ entspricht. Sollte der Tetra Deal zustande kommen und wir ein bindendes Abkommen aushandeln sollte die MK weiter ansteigen und ca 50% - 60% des NPV darstellen. Bis Weihnachten werden wir hoffentlich ohne viel Freude mit ASN haben!

Die Annahmen sind allg. Immer noch sehr konservativ uns sollten beim NPV von 650mio AUD$ den unteren Boden darstellen

The additional study was carried out by a third party as part of a pre-feasibility study for the project in Utah, US. ASN said pleasingly, it resulted in improvements in the sodium bromine production process and more accurate capex and opex estimates. Specifically, the production cash cost has reduced by 67 per cent to US$377 (A$515.4) per net tonne of by-product revenue. While the production of lithium has been reduced by 47 per cent to US$2431 (A$3323.4) per net tonne of by-product revenue. Additionally, the sales price in the preliminary assessment has been increased to US$15,000 (A$20,490) per tonne to reflect the rising demand for lithium carbonate. However, the project’s total capital expenditure increased by 14.7 per cent to US$203 million (A$277.3 million) due to an environmental, social and governance review. Paradox’s net present value post-tax now sits at US$468 million (A$639.4 million) with an internal rate of return of 31 per cent. Anson believes it will take three years of permitting, detailed engineering, and construction prior to the commissioning and phase one operations at Paradox. The company aims to recover valuable chemicals from a unique salt brine resource at the site, as well as targeting the supply of lithium chemicals to the rapidly growing battery market.
