BYD´s Marktanteil liegt ja mittlerweile bei 30 % (NEV). In China wurden 2022 21,48 Mio Autos verkauft. BYD könnte also bald in China locker 6 Mio Autos pro Jahr verkaufen. Sollte dies gelingen, kann man sicherlich ab 2030 weltweit führender Hersteller sein, vor Toyota und VW.

Deliveries are expected to grow at a CAGR of 24% over 2023-25, propelling the company to become China's largest OEM. Gross margins are predicted to increase by 5.5 ppts from 2022 to 2030 under brand premiumisation. Goldman forecasted BYD's overseas sales to reach 224,000, 435,000 and 650,000 units respectively in 2023/24/25, accounting for 7%, 11% and 14% of total deliveries and representing a CAGR of 71%. The broker raised its earnings per share forecast on the company for 2023-25 by 15% to 28%, and lifted its target price by 8% to $346, with a Buy rating.
