Hi folks. Apologies in advance - I hope I am not spoiling anyone's weekend. I try my best to refrain from posting but thought it best to share my final findings and analysis. Quantum Fleet Technology (The new company where all the former KarbonKleen leadership team have moved onto) recently revamped their site and have now even removed their former company KarbonKleen from its client/partner page. This seems to be the final separation of ties from all the former KK leadership and their old company KarbonKleen. In my previous post I explained more in depth about the events that took place. I wanted to post one final post to help / warn my fellow investors. KarbonKleen, was dynaCERT's flagship dealer, had by far the most going on. Just their MOU with Mexico for a million units would have translated into billions of dollars in sales potential. The fact that the KK team appears to have completely distanced themselves and moved on from dynaCERT, one may reasonably conclude that: a) All their trials failed b) The tech (HydraGEN) does still not work reliably in the field c) The former KK team has no confidence it will ever work, or has no desire to work with dynaCERT and thus has dropped DYA d) DynaCERT has lost their best sales partner e) The DYA team continues to mislead and deceive investors (and dealers for that matter) and has tried to cover up this reality Ask yourself; if the HydraGEN still does not work, why is their head of R&D now focusing on alternative hydrogen technologies instead of solving the HydraGEN problems. 18 years later, the tech does still not work and despite that management consistently said "it works perfectly", " "the units are robust" "they are shipping units everyday" they are profitable" etc etc. These are clearly false and misleading statements. Management should be held accountable. Investors should rally together and terminate the entire board of directors via proxy vote and appoint new and more capable (and honest) directors, following which a new CEO should be appointed. If anyone sees the situation differently, feel free to comment. Lastly, watch your risk exposure with this company. Do not bet the farm, or if you choose to anyway, be prepared to lose it all. 🤔

Hab eben nochmal die "news" auf LinkedIn gecheckt und mir das Büro bei Google maps angeschaut. Unter den Kommentaren schrieb ein "Deep Singh" dass er bei Dynacert vollkommen unzufrieden war oder ist. Und jetzt wirds heikel - er hat genau 2 Rezensionen bei Google maps geschrieben - 1 bei dynacert und die andere bei innovative hydrogen solutions. Die zweite Firma stammt ebenfalls aus canada und macht exakt dasselbe wie dynacert ... nur dass sie statt reinem wasserstoff auch oxygen zuführen. Dynacert macht laut eigenen Angaben nur noch 10% Dieselersparnis und IHS schafft laut dem Kommentar auf seinem Truck 18% Ich dachte dynacert hat dort Patente drauf 🤔

Risiko minimiert 👍 Und falls doch noch das blinde Huhn in Form eines erwähnenswerten Mengenkontrakts reinflattert, reicht es vll für ne kleine HydraGen Box 😜

So jetzt steigt Dyna wieder Derbe. Ich bin heute raus aus Dyna. Bis auf einen kleinen Rest zum beobachten oder klagen:-(
