Bank of America mit aktueller Analyse unter Einbezug der ASCO Konferenz: BNTX - presented new data from its oncology pipeline including BNT316 (ONC392, partnered with OncoC4), BNT323 (DB-1303, partnered with Duality Bio) and BNT211 (Claudin-6 CAR-T). On BNT316, an anti-CTLA4 antibody, the company presented monotherapy data in NSCLC pts who progressed on PD(L)1-targeted immunotherapy. In 27 evaluable pts, the company reported 1 complete response, 7 partial responses and 11 pts with stable disease with most responses seen at the 10mg/kg x 2 followed by 6mg/kg every three weeks dose regimen. On safety, BNT316 had a tolerable profile at this dose regimen with grade 3-4 treatment-related adverse events in 39% of pts. A phase 3 trial evaluating BNT316 versus docetaxel in immunooncology relapsed/refractory NSCLC pts is expected to initiate in 3Q. We see these data as encouraging given poor prognosis in this hard-to-treat patient population and await additional data to further validate efficacy and safety On BNT323, a HER2-targeting ADC, the company reported data from 85 pts treated at 6 dose levels (2.2-10 mg/kg). The unconfirmed objective response rate in 52 evaluable pts was 44% and the disease control rate was 88.5%. Importantly, treated pts had on average 7 prior lines of therapy including HER2 ADCs and responses were seen in HER2+ and HER2-low breast cancer as well as other HER2+ solid tumors. BNT323 was welltolerated with no dose limiting toxicities (DLTs) reported and only two cases of grade 1 interstitial lung disease. Dose expansion in several HER2 expressing tumors is ongoing. We view these initial data as encouraging given signs of clinical activity in several tumor types in heavily pre-treated pts but await further validation as the HER2 space is crowded with several assets approved or in development. On BNT211, a claudin-6-targeting CAR-T in combination with CARVac, the company presented phase 1 dose escalation data using new automated manufacturing process (previous data with manual product). In 17 evaluable pts, ORR was 41% and DCR was 65%, which was mainly driven by pts at the highest dose of 1x108 cells in-line with previous reports. BNT211 has a tolerable safety profile with no DLTs reported. The company continues to enroll in the 1x108 and 2-5x108 CAR-T cell cohorts and has plans to initiate a pivotal trial in germline cell tumors once an RP2D is established. We are encouraged by the consistent signs of clinical activity with the new automated process but await further data in additional pts including safety and efficacy. Overall, we are encouraged by the progress from the oncology pipeline, which we see as the next big leg of growth for the company. These programs are part of our $11bn pipeline value and we continue to look for additional data to further de-risk the programs before providing standalone value. We maintain our Buy rating with $172 PO
