Aus facebook: I just wrote to Andrew Davidson about the fact that investors are disappointed that the 3 wells that were planned for this year are still not in production mode. He was kind enough to respond to me very quickly. Here is the answer: Hi Mike - Thanks for your query, please feel free to reach out anytime to us 3 (cc’d above) anytime. Regarding Climax-1, 2, 3 to reiterate/clarify info contained in previous news releases: How C-1, 2, 3 will be completed will depend on the data and results from the completions at Climax-4/Nazare. Ie. will they be used to complete in Nazare? Completed as conventional well? Decisions will be made once we understand Nazare through Climax-4 work. The reservoir engineers will design a production plan that is the most effective and economic for Royal. Reasoning: The discovery of Nazare was unexpected (touched in well 2, “discovered” in well 3). Our (us, govt geos, university et al) thinking is that the Nazare zone, previously unknown and untested is potentially part of the “kitchen” where the helium is formed (natural decay of uranium and thorium), lying underneath the smaller conventional helium traps (including helium trapped further up hole in oil and gas traps) above the “kitchen”. The kitchen being much, much thicker in a tighter formation rather than a traditional (oil and gas) trap and encompasses a much larger area which includes 1, 2, 3 (and C-5, C-6 which are are permitted but parameters will also be finalized once Nazare is understood. Ie not 1 sq mile area, encompasses potentially 25+ square miles. So while things are delayed/“on hold” because of the new discovery - it is for unforeseen, very good reasons. Eremit danke für dein Vertrauen. Aber wenn wer alte shares zum Schleuderpreis verkauft, der ist entweder pleite oder will noch alles los werden. Kein Unternehmen verkauft shares um so einen Preis wenn er weiß was er hat und das es hier nur um Zeit geht.
